Season	Weekly	Short break (minimum stay 3 nights – bookable max. 2 months in advance)
High Season	£525.00
Mid Season	£375.00	£180.00
Low Season	£300.00	£165.00

The above prices are only available when booking directly with the owner and include:

• all linen
• gas/electricity and utilities
• wifi internet access

Seasons explained:

• High Season – August and Christmas/Hogmanay/New Year
• Mid Season – April -July, September - December (except Christmas and New Year) 
• Low Season - January – March

Terms and Conditions

• The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two persons
• Your booking is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £50 (cheques made payable to Yvonne Jones). Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival
• In the event of cancellation before the 6 week deadline the deposit and any rental paid will be refunded. After the 6 weeks the rental will be retained unless the cancelled period is re-let. It is recommended that you seek personal insurance to cover the costs of cancellation
• This is a non-smoking apartment
• Sorry, but no pets are accepted
• As I like to welcome quests personally on the day of arrival  please let me know your expected arrival time
